Our service in the logistics and administration areas includes the implementation, supervision and improvement of dispatch, invoicing, returns processing and accounting:

Dispatch:

• Selection of the best dispatch channel and co-ordination of all activities with the forwarder (schedule, issue of delivery notes, dispatch supervision)

Invoicing:

• Invoicing of draws to trade partners

Returns processing:

• Processing of all trade data per ISPC/EDI Press
• Plausibility checks
• Collection of complete copy returns if required

Accounting:

• Accounting of all distribution proceeds and costs, whether by period or issue.
