Press Wholesalers

The press wholesaler obtains his products (primarily newspapers and magazines) from publishers and national distributors and supplies these to retailers subject to previously agreed criteria. There are currently 81 wholesalers in 99 areas, with sole distribution right in their distribution area (with the exception of Hamburg and West Berlin which are each supplied by two wholesalers).
